THE 4 PILLARS OF HEALTH
NUTRITION

Nutrition is where this program begins. You will receive a personalized list of foods to choose from based on your own unique blood values. I will coach you through it all and make sure that you feel fully supported through this journey.
EXERCISE
We will assess where you are at with your fitness level when we begin, but we will begin your program by focusing solely on your nutrition. Then we will slowly add exercise into your plan as you progress through the phases.
SLEEP
Sleep is so integral to our overall health. We will assess your current sleep quality and if you have any current struggles with falling asleep, staying asleep, or quality of sleep.
STRESS
Everyone experiences stressors in their lives and we can only do so much to prevent many of them, but by focusing on nutrition, exercise and sleep, we can make dramatic improvements in how we handle those stressors.
We will also work on calming exercises and prioritizing self-care.
Who am I?
Hello, I’m Tove!
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist living in Alberta, Canada with my husband & 3 kids. I have a passion for nutrition and fitness and am always eager to learn more.
After having my children, I developed an interest in learning about hormone balancing which led to another passion - learning about blood sugar balancing.
Now I work with clients to help them feel like their best selves so that they can have the health & vitality to live their best lives.
“I began my Metabolic Balance journey on November 11, 2024, at which point I weighed 164 pounds and struggled with many issues I thought were just part of life when aging. After following my personalized menu plan of whole foods for 36 days I am currently 16 pounds lighter and feel wonderful.
I no longer suffer from brain fog, body aches, and my digestive issues are thankfully gone. Now my hormones are balanced I no longer experience hot flashes, or fatigue as a result of having difficulty in falling asleep and staying asleep. I feel lighter in both body and mind and more motivated to do more than I have in a very long time.
The Metabolic Balance plan has entirely changed my relationship with food. My cravings for sweet and salty food and simple carbohydrates have gone. An opportunistic junk food eater I no longer have any desire to eat any of it. I completed all of my usual Christmas baking without any desire to consume a single bite, a first-ever!
